ZEISS Hunting is a comprehensive app designed specifically for hunters. It offers a range of useful features for planning and documenting hunting trips, as well as enhancing accuracy with ballistics calculations. The app also provides access to ZEISS news and promotions.

The app's Ballistics Calculator allows you to calculate the ballistics for long-range or angled shots, specifically tailored to your ZEISS riflescope. It provides imperial and metric units, as well as ASV data. Additionally, atmospheric data ensures accurate calculations for on-target long-range shots. You can also calculate ballistic coefficients for your ammunition and save ballistic profiles for easy access.

The Sharing feature allows you to set up a profile, create a friends list, and share updates about your hunting successes, ballistics, and equipment with your friends.

The News feature keeps you informed about shared entries from you and your friends. You can like and comment on your friends' posts and also stay up-to-date with ZEISS product news and promotions.

In the Hunting Grounds section, you can draw the borders of your hunting ground, mark no-go areas, and define points of interest on the Ground Map. You can also set permissions for fellow hunters to use the hunting ground maps, support in management, or add diary entries. The app includes map settings and features like current position tracking and Geo-Fencing for additional support during the hunt. You can assign diary entries to specific hunting grounds for easy administration.

The Hunting Diary allows you to choose from an extensive type list and note down details such as weight, gender, and age. It also allows you to mark kill, shot, and sighting positions on the Hunting Ground map using GPS. Photos and videos can be added to complete your entry.

In the My Products section, you can record your equipment in the app and have all important information easily accessible, such as invoices, traders, serial numbers, and manuals.

The Connected Products feature allows you to connect various ZEISS devices to the app for seamless management and configuration. For example, with Bluetooth connectivity, you can manage settings and set up profiles for your thermal imaging camera (ZEISS DTI 6) or DTC 3 rifle scope. You can also live-stream footage from compatible devices via Wi-Fi.

The app's Weather Forecast feature provides a detailed 5-day forecast, including wind direction, wind strength, air pressure, as well as the daily moon and solar cycle.
